Ms. Nuismer began her legal practice in Seattle, Washington, and now brings her knowledge and experience to Mshkawzi Law, where she serves tribal governments and tribally owned businesses.
Ms. Nuismer has a strong commitment to legal advocacy and community involvement. In law school, she volunteered as a Legal Observer during the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement. She also served as Treasurer to the student chapter of the National Lawyers Guild and supported the Mass Defense Committee. In addition, Ms. Nuismer was an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the Artificial Intelligence Law Society.
Today, Ms. Nuismer is as comfortable in court as she is in the boardroom. Prior to joining Mshkawzi Law, Ms. Nuismer amassed a diverse skillset ranging from civil litigation, corporate governance, business transactions, bank law, and technology law. This rich background has equipped Ms. Nuismer with a well-rounded perspective and a profound dedication to legal excellence.
