Our employment law practice includes representation of clients before federal agencies, including the Occupation Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). We also provide legal advice on a wide variety of employment law-related issues ranging from termination, to requests for accommodation, disability or medical leave, and disciplinary measures. We have led numerous internal HR investigations related to different level employees, including both junior staff and senior level executive management, providing recommendations to tribal businesses and tribal governing bodies.
